Catnip – Nepeta cataria: Sedative, Nervine
Lavender Flowers – Lavendula angustifolia : Hypotensive
Olive Leaf- Olea europa : Hypotensive
Passionflower – Passiflora incarnata : Nervine, MAOI
Sandalwood- Santalum spicatum : Calms the mind
Skullcap- Scutellaria lateriflora ; Nervine
NB. Do not use if taking heart medications or if you have low BP or are on SSRI’s .
